The philosophy behind the curriculum is that children should be involved actively in their own learning through play. They “learn by doing”, often working with hands-on, open ended materials and carrying out projects of their own choosing, supported by highly qualified teachers with the above standard ratio of supervision.

Developing Young Children's Language Skills

TLC approach encompasses all aspects of the child development and places focus on learning early skills, language, listening and literacy taught throughout the whole curriculum. TLC also believes that childhood is the most significant of a persons well being and of their becoming in the future. Thus, the education of our students are not confined to the four walls of the classroom. TLC enhance the curriculum with field trips (dentist clinic, library/museum, zoo, grocery, etc.), making students more involved in the community they are part of.
